The Role

We’re looking for an Inbound Sales & Client Services Executive to join our growing team in

London. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in customer-facing or commercial

roles who wants to build a career in sales or client services.


You’ll play a key role in handling inbound enquiries, qualifying leads, driving conversations

forward, and keeping track of our pipeline - ensuring prospective customers receive a smooth,

responsive and professional experience from day one.

This role sits within the broader Growth team and offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about

financial services, legal markets, and customer success in a fast-paced, growing business.


Handle inbound opportunities and drive the sales process


  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from partners, law firms and
  • clients.
  • Qualify enquiries and gather the right information to assess fit.
  • Guide customers through the application process and explain Level’s offering clearly.
  • Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes, statuses, and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Underwriting, loan management) to move deals forward
  • and ensure a great customer experience.
  • Ability to communicate appropriately with potentially vulnerable clients.


Keep the pipeline moving:


  • Track and manage your active opportunities to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly and keep momentum high throughout the sales
  • process.
  • Flag any blockers or issues early so they can be resolved quickly.
  • Liaising with Underwriting and other internal teams to drive your pipeline forward whist
  • keeping the customer up to date
  • Offer an exceptional level of service to customers


Support continuous improvement:


  • Share insights from customer interactions to help improve processes and messaging.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and common customer
  • questions.
  • Look for ways to improve efficiency and service delivery in your day-to-day


What We’re Looking For


  • 1-2+ years’ experience in customer-facing, sales or client service role (e.g. Customer
  • success, sales support, account management)
  • Lending industry experience (desirable but not essential)
  • A clear communicator with strong written and verbal English skills
  • Confident and comfortable speaking with legal professionals, professional introducers
  • such as Brokers & IFA’s as well as end clients
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to become a subject matter expert in probate & family law lending
  • Proactive, positive and motivated to grow
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) or eager to learn
  • No specific qualifications required — we care about mindset, communication and

follow-through
