At Voyage Care, we know that strong leadership transforms services — and we’re looking for a passionate and motivated leader to take the next step in their career at our warm and vibrant 4-bed residential service in Waterbeach.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager or Care Manager ready to progress into their first Registered Manager role, or for an existing Manager looking to join a supportive, values-led organisation and take the next step in their journey.

Located in a quiet village just outside Cambridge, this beautiful bungalow service offers a truly welcoming and homely environment, surrounded by a close-knit community.
