Youll be working across different units and teams, supporting a range of service usersso flexibility and teamwork are key.Your Responsibilities:Work across secure units, hospital wards, and clinical settingsDeliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needsSupport individuals with challenging behaviours and complex behavioural needs and the associated risks safely and professionallyAssist with rehabilitation, recovery, and personal development goalsPromote independence, confidence, and community engagementWork collaboratively within multidisciplinary teamsSupport individuals with mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries, and learning disabilitiesEssential Requirements:Minimum 6 months healthcare experience within the UKA caring, patient, and adaptable approachEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Satisfactory referencesCurrent Right to Work in the UKIf youre passionate about care, ready to take on a varied role, and want to be part of a supportive teamapply today and start making a real differenceTPBN1_UKTJ
