Administrative Assistant / Team Assistant

City of London | £28,000–£32,000 + Excellent Benefits | 4 Days in the Office

We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services firm to appoint an Administrative Assistant / Team Assistant to join their London office, supporting a busy and collaborative team of approximately 40 people alongside an established Team Assistant.

\n\n

 

\n\n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has already gained administrative experience within a corporate environment and is looking to continue developing their career within a professional, fast-paced and highly respected business.

\n\n

 

\n\n

The role offers a broad range of responsibilities and would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering a high standard of support and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

\n\n

 

\n\n

Responsibilities will include:

\n\n

    \n\t
  • Managing a shared inbox alongside the wider support team
  • \n\t

  • Coordinating diaries, meetings and scheduling across the team
  • \n\t

  • Booking travel and processing expenses
  • \n\t

  • Organising client lunches, meetings and wider logistics
  • \n\t

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • \n\t

  • Preparing meeting rooms and refreshments
  • \n\t

  • Supporting wider team administration and office coordination
  • \n\t

  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and day-to-day business support

\n\n\n

About You

\n\n

    \n\t
  • A minimum of 12 months' administrative experience within a corporate or professional services environment
  • \n\t

  • Experience gained within professional services, legal, insurance, financial services or a similar corporate setting would be highly advantageous
  • \n\t

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • \n\t

  • A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn
  • \n\t

  • Confident communication skills and a professional manner
  • \n\t

  • A team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a collaborative environment
  • \n\t

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities within a busy office environment
