This is a 3-month temporary role, ideal for someone seeking summer work who enjoys practical tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.Youll play an important part in ensuring grain intake runs smoothly and meets our quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSampling incoming lorries and checking grain against malting quality standardsSupporting intake hygiene and maintaining clean, safe working areasLiaising with the grain team regarding deliveries and load informationTesting harvest samples and recording basic results on spreadsheetsAssisting the intake team with general operational tasks during peak periodsWhat Were Looking ForA positive, practical and reliable attitudeGood communication skills and a team-focused approachWillingness to follow procedures and complete trainingAbility to work in a physical, fast-paced environmentPrevious harvest or industrial experience is helpful but not essentialWhat We Offer3-month fixed term contractCompetitive hourly rate of £13.51Full training providedSupportive team environment at a well-respected local employerTPBN1_UKTJ
