An exciting opportunity has arisen, based at our Cranswick site, as we are currently looking to recruit harvest workers to join our business on a full time temporary basis through the harvest time (July to September / October). The successful individual will also co-ordinate and deliver a high standard of production, quality/quantity and excellent customer service across Grain storage and handling whilst creating and maintaining a great place to work culture.Roles and Responsibilities :Duties include, but not limited to:Moving ibc bulk bags from packing lineOutload ibc bulk bags onto curtainside vehiclesGeneral housekeeping dutiesPre inspection of forktruck everydayStock rotationHandling with appropriate PPE and Cleaning spilled product in a timely mannerAssist site manager in the upholding of HEALTH AND SAFETY on site at all timesReport any environmental and H&S issues to site manager or deputy immediately.Be flexible to work 12 hour shifts when neededSkills and Experience :Counterbalance licence and experience requiredThis is an ideal opportunity for anyone studying agriculture or interested in an agriculture career, to work for the UKs leading crop production and grain marketing business.TPBN1_UKTJ
