Residential Conveyancer
This is an opportunity to join a well-established firm that has recently undergone a significant merger and benefited from substantial investment, creating an exciting platform for continued growth and development.
The role will involve handling a manageable caseload of predominantly freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. While there may be the occasional complex matter, these will form only a small proportion of the overall caseload.

Unlike many volume conveyancing practices, the focus is firmly on quality over quantity, with realistic workloads and no completion targets. This allows fee earners to concentrate on providing a first-class service and progressing transactions properly rather than chasing numbers.
