Senior Architectural Technologist Job in London

London | Salary of £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience | Hybrid working arrangement

Hunter Dunning is working with a multi-award-winning architecture consultancy based in Clerkenwell. This opportunity offers a senior role delivering high-quality technical packages across a varied UK project portfolio within a progressive, design-led practice that supports career development and flexible working.

Your Experience

• Architectural Technology degree, relevant HNC/HND or BTEC
• CIAT or RIBA registered
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Experience leading the delivery of production packages
• Proficient in Revit with at least 3 years’ continual use in practice
• Experience using Revit Level 2 BIM processes and producing COBie data
• Good knowledge of UK Construction and Building Law
• Experience carrying out Health and Safety risk assessments
