Beu Solicitors offer a specialist service representing children, children guardians, parents and local authorities in complex public law matters. We have a wealth of experience in acting for both children directly and through their guardians in Public/ Private Law Proceedings.

The team assists with Emergency Protection Orders, Care proceedings, Secure Accommodation Orders, Adoption, International elements of child abduction, Medical Treatment Orders, and applications under the Inherent Jurisdiction of the High Court.


Role Description

We seek a Children Panel Solicitor to assist us to continue to provide guardians and parents with reliable, tailored, and professional legal service.

The role will require the management of your caseload, to work as part of a cohesive team, while maintaining high professional standards and meeting KPI targets. Proven ability to deal with vulnerable clients, alongside excellent client care and client resolution skills. The ability to collaborate with guardians and other professionals to achieve the best outcome for children. We are looking for Children Panel Solicitor who undertakes their own advocacy and their following to join our team.

Essential Requirements/skills:

  • Law Society Children Panel Solicitor with following.
  • Supervisory experience and ability to fulfil key performance indicators.
  • Ability to undertake advocacy
  • Deliver training and support to fellow team members.
  • Committed, driven and proactive approach to work and excellent client care skills.
  • Demonstrable acuity for business development
  • No restrictions on practice certificate
  • You must have the right to work in the UK


Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for a busy caseload.
  • Ensure that all deadlines/KPIs are achieved.
  • Contribute to the development of firm and junior team members.
  • Willingness to undertake Advocacy at all levels.
