We’re looking for a strategic, delivery-focused Product Manager to lead the launch and scaling of products across new international markets. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, operations, and global rollout focused on how product support, ordering processes, and training experiences are delivered and adapted across different territories

.This is not a hands-on product build role. Instead, you’ll define how products operate in each market, ensuring support models, ordering flows, and training frameworks are effective, scalable, and aligned to regional needs

. What You’ll Be Doin

• gLead international product launches, adapting support, ordering, and training experiences for new market
• sDefine product strategy and operating models, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and cost to serv
• eOwn a delivery team and product backlog, ensuring initiatives move forward and deliver measurable outcome
• sTranslate regional requirements into clear product strategies (not feature-level development
• )Establish how customer support processes, order workflows, and training programmes operate in different territorie
• sWork closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Ops, Support, Training, Regional Teams) to ensure alignmen
• tNavigate a highly matrixed environment, balancing global consistency with local market need
• sOversee end-to-end rollout execution, from planning through to adoption in each regio
