IP Disputes Opportunity
I'm working with a top transatlantic firm who are looking to hire an associate into their highly ranked IP practice.
This is a varied role, grounded in IP disputes but with opportunities to get involved in wider litigation matters. There are also non-contentious elements to this role, so great for someone wanting a truly well-rounded practice.
The work spans many sectors, with a particular focus on technology, retail and sport. Recent cases have included licensing agreements, high court litigation, trademark arbitration, technology contractual disputes and regulatory work for retail business.
Please get in touch if you're a mid-senior level associate (3-6 PQE) wanting to work on some of the most complex and high profile IP matters while receiving excellent training from industry experts.
