The Role

As Furniture Sales Support, you will play a vital role in supporting our project and sales teams, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate administration and seamless delivery across multiple projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Raising and inputting orders to manufacturers and suppliers via the internal E-vision system
  • Reviewing and checking supplier order acknowledgements against purchase orders
  • Liaising closely with Project Managers to align delivery dates with installation programmes
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate project budget information
  • Creating and managing order schedules to track product deliveries per project
  • Matching supplier invoices against orders and posting accordingly
  • Supporting wider project administration, including:
  • Producing client quotations
  • Raising client invoices
  • Collating O&M manuals and project documentation


About You

You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience working for an office furniture dealer or similar environment (preferred), or experience working across multiple manufacturers
  • Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive, positive and team-oriented mindset
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight or short-notice deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high levels of accuracy
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • A dependable, approachable nature with a willingness to learn
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
