Property Litigation Solicitor (2-20 PQE +) London
A modern property law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit a qualified Property Litigation Solicitor/Lawyer (2 PQE +).
Joining an established mid-sized property disputes team your caseload will be c. 80% residential, 20% commercial property litigation.
You will advise on: service charge disputes, dilapidations, 1954 Act claims, adverse possession, easements, forfeiture, boundary disputes, professional negligence, property-related insolvency, rights of light, among others.
Hybrid working – 2 days in the office. EC1 postcode.
Salary range - £50,000-£70,000 + bonus.
