A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a legal assistant to join its Governance, Funding & Corporate team.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Administrator, Legal Secretary, Team Assistant, or Client Services professional looking to join a collaborative and values-driven legal environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fee earners, managing legal administration processes, and ensuring an exceptional client experience across a varied and interesting workload.


Key Responsibilities

• Diary, inbox, and workflow management for fee earners

• Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal stakeholders

• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence

• Billing, file management, and compliance administration

• CRM updates, reporting, and data management

• Supporting the progression of matters from inception to completion

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance


About You

• Previous experience within a legal administration, legal support, or legal secretarial role

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads

• Confident user of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Professional, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times

• Strong communication and client service skills
