The hire is for a Deployment Lead to work for one of the most exciting early-stage AI startups in industrial tech right now backed by a top-tier VC behind 100+ unicorns.

The role

Senior player-coach to lead a team of Deployment Strategists, own the largest accounts, and drive global expansion across Europe and the Americas. Direct line to the exec team with clear runway into broader leadership.

What is the task

• Lead and mentor a team of Deployment Strategists while staying hands-on with key accounts
• Drive global GTM across new regions and enterprise customer segments,
• Architect and standardise the international deployment playbook from scratch.
• Manage and grow the largest accounts
• Engage C-suite stakeholders at companies up to 100,000 employees

What the company is seeking

• 5+ years in deployment, implementation or GTM leadership at a high-growth B2B SaaS or deep-tech company.
• Ex-founder or early-stage operator mindset — highly agentic, built from scratch before.
• Proven multi-market rollout and complex enterprise account ownership
• Top-tier commercial instincts and outstanding stakeholder management
• Willing to travel internationally
