Private Client Solicitor – Stoke-on-Trent – Up to £Excellent + Bonus + Benefits

A Legal 500 regional firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor in Stoke-on-Trent.

This Private Client Solicitor opportunity in Stoke-on-Trent offers strong HNW work, an established client base and clear progression within a growing team.

The Role

• Manage wills, probate, trusts and estate administration matters
• Advise on HNW estates, tax and succession planning
• Handle LPAs and Court of Protection work
• Support complex trust structuring and wealth planning
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Work closely with colleagues across multiple offices
• Contribute to business development activity
• Support growth of the Stoke-on-Trent team

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 2–10 PQE
• Strong private client and tax experience
• Commercial and client-focused
• Able to manage a varied caseload independently
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with a proactive mindset
• Ambitious with a desire to progress
