Private Client Solicitor - Tier 3

Location: London City Centre - hybrid

Salary: £65-70,000

Experience: 3 PQE+

OVERVIEW

Join a Tier 3 law firm with a highly regarded Private Client team. The practice is known for handling high-quality work for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working on a broad range of private client matters including estate planning, trusts, and succession planning
• Advising UK resident individuals and families on wealth structuring and inheritance planning
• Assisting with the establishment and administration of trusts and other asset-holding structures
• Drafting wills, trust documentation, powers of attorney, and related private client documents
• Advising clients on personal tax, estate, and lifetime planning matters
• Working closely with clients and professional advisers including accountants, trustees, and financial advisers
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the department

ABOUT YOU

• Qualified Solicitor with 3PQE+ in Private Client
• Strong experience advising on a broad range of private client matters
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families
• Solid technical knowledge of trusts, estate planning, succession, and personal tax matters
• STEP qualification (or working towards) advantageous
