NQ Employment Solicitor – Manchester

Salary: £50,000+

A highly regarded boutique Employment firm in Manchester is looking to appoint an NQ Employment Solicitor to join its growing team following qualification in September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a trainee currently completing at least one Employment seat and looking to qualify into a specialist team with an outstanding reputation in the market. The firm is recognised in the Legal 500 and advises a broad client base ranging from SMEs and senior executives through to larger national businesses.

The Role:

• Advising employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters
• Supporting on Employment Tribunal litigation
• Drafting and advising on contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• Exposure to corporate support and HR advisory work
• Working closely with experienced Employment partners in a collaborative environment

The Candidate:

• NQ - 2 years PQE Employment Solicitor
• Completed at least one seat in Employment law
• Strong academics and excellent communication skills
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in Employment law
• Keen to develop within a specialist boutique practice
