We are hiring for one the leading recruitment firms within the Tech space, focusing on AI, Software and Cloud.

Consultants earn £50k+ in their first year and join the commission scheme from the get-go.

• £28k base salary
• 40% commission structure

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Business development through networking and headhunting new clients
• Negotiating deal sizes and commission structures with them
• Source the candidate that they are looking for through social media platforms, cold calling, and networking
• Take them through the interview process and give them advice throughout
• Make a placement and get your commission!

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
• BBB at A Levels
• Competitive sports background
• Ambitious and hard working
• Resilient you will push yourself
• Sales experience
• Financially motivated
