Kenton Black are recruiting for a permanent Project Manager vacancy based in Aberdeen area.


Our client, a well-established and highly regarded residential developer, is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a key role delivering high-quality housing developments across Aberdeen and the surrounding region, offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative and progressive environment where innovation, quality and customer satisfaction are central.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead the successful delivery of residential construction projects from inception through to completion

- Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

- Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring key milestones and targets are achieved

- Monitor site progress, quality standards and compliance with specifications and regulations

- Coordinate with design teams, consultants and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

- Manage project budgets, forecasts and reporting in collaboration with commercial teams

- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company policies at all times

- Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management

- Identify and mitigate risks, implementing solutions to maintain programme and quality standards


What You Bring:


- Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential construction, ideally with volume or private housing developers

- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, health & safety and building regulations

- Track record of delivering projects to programme, budget and quality standards

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent)

- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites in the Aberdeen area
