Catalyst are partnering with a leading global private equity firm with a strong culture and established London presence, supporting a sophisticated investment function across its European platform.


They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join the London HR team, supporting investment hiring across the European Private Equity business. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to take ownership of a highly competitive and structured Associate hiring programme, working closely with senior stakeholders and headhunters in a best-in-class investment environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own end-to-end investment team hiring processes, with a focus on the annual Associate recruitment cycle
  • Manage relationships with external search firms, including briefings, pipeline oversight and quality control
  • Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, logistics and candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate tracking and ATS systems, ensuring strong data integrity and reporting
  • Analyse recruitment data to provide insights on pipeline performance, conversion and process improvements
  • Support offer management and contribute to the evolution of hiring processes, including interview frameworks and assessment design
  • Partner closely with HR and investment teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience


Candidate Profile


  • Approximately 3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-volume recruitment processes, either agency-side or in-house
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with senior professionals and external partners
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform decision-making and improve processes
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
