Executive Assistant - Investment Banking
West End | 4 Days in Office | £55,000–£58,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are partnering with a highly regarded investment bank to appoint an Executive Assistant within its London office, supporting two Managing Directors as part of a collaborative and high-performing team.
This opportunity would suit an Executive Assistant who enjoys building long-term relationships, working closely with senior stakeholders and becoming a trusted member of a business. The Role
- Supporting two Managing Directors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities whilst acting as a trusted point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
- Responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel, itineraries and logistics
- Managing expenses and supporting wider administrative processes
- Preparing meeting materials and coordinating internal and external meetings
- Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders across the business
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and external contacts
- Supporting team events and wider coordination activities
- Working closely with the Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless support

About You
- Previous Executive Assistant experience gained within investment banking is essential
- Experience supporting Managing Directors or senior revenue-generating professionals
- A proven track record of building long-term relationships and operating within fast-paced environments
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
- A collaborative working style and willingness to support colleagues when required
- Experience using Concur would be advantageous
