Location: Manchester (Office-Based)

Salary: £25,000–£28,000 basic + bonus

ce.As Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants while ensuring properties remain compliant, well-maintained, and commercially performi

• tionManaging maintenance issues, instructing contractors, and ensuring works are completed efficie
• ntlyMonitoring property compliance including gas safety, EICRs, inspections, and other statutory requirem
• entsCarrying out routine property inspections and providing detailed feedback to landl
• ordsSupporting with arrears management and tenancy-related issues where requ
