Job description
Senior Interior Designer
Central London
£ Competative + bonus
3 days in the studio, 2 days WFH (after probation)
If you’re an Interior Designer who enjoys shaping thoughtful, design-led workplace environments — and wants to see your ideas come to life from concept through to completion — this could be a great next step.
A well-established Central London interior design and furniture dealership is looking to welcome a talented designer into their growing team. Working with some of the most exciting organisations across EMEA, they create workplace environments that balance creativity, functionality, and beautifully considered furniture solutions.
With a strong pipeline of projects, they’re looking for someone who can take the lead — someone who enjoys collaborating with clients, working closely with sales and delivery teams, and bringing ideas to life in a fast-paced, supportive studio.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in leading projects from the early concept stages right through to delivery. Day to day, you’ll be:
- Developing workplace design concepts and space planning strategies
- Working closely with Account Managers and Project Managers on live projects
- Creating presentation drawings, layouts, and visuals using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Leading and supporting client workshops and presentations
- Designing inspiring, practical workplace environments tailored to each client
- Integrating furniture specification into your overall design thinking
What they’re looking for
This role would suit someone who is both creative and commercially aware — someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and client interaction.
You’ll likely:
- Have 5+ years’ experience in commercial workplace design
- Feel confident presenting your ideas and building client relationships
- Be comfortable working across AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Have a strong understanding of furniture specification and workplace strategy
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team
Why this role?
This is a great opportunity to join a business that’s genuinely growing, with exciting projects and a clear vision for the future. You’ll have the chance to take ownership of your work, develop your career, and be part of a team that values both creativity and delivery.
Alongside a competitive salary of and bonus, they offer flexible working (3 days in the studio, 2 from home after probation), 25 days + bank holidays, and a supportive, design-led environment.
