Employment Lawyers (2–6 PQE) | London | Multiple Opportunities

MAP Legal is currently partnering with a range of leading law firms across London who are actively seeking to recruit talented Employment Lawyers with circa 2–6 years’ PQE.

These opportunities span a diverse client base, including prestigious US firms, top-tier international practices, highly regarded West End firms, and specialist boutique firms. This breadth offers candidates the chance to find a role that truly aligns with their career ambitions, whether that’s high-end advisory work, contentious matters, or a mix of both.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified lawyer with 2–6 years’ PQE in employment law
• Trained and qualified at a leading City firm
• Strong technical skills across contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills

We also welcome applications from lawyers with comparable experience gained in other common law jurisdictions who are looking to transition into the London market.
