Overview


A leading consulting organisation is looking to hire a Senior Consultant to join its Digital & Transformation team, with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation.


This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end procurement transformation programmes, supporting clients in designing and implementing best-in-class S2P/P2P processes and technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of end-to-end S2P and P2P transformation projects, from process design through to system implementation and optimisation
  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building strong working relationships and contributing to a trusted advisor position
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, working closely with technical and implementation teams
  • Provide hands-on expertise across S2P/P2P processes, including sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing and payments
  • Support the design and implementation of procurement technologies such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Zip or similar platforms
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including workflow design, controls, compliance and automation
  • Assist with change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications and user adoption
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposal support, market research and solution input


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in consulting or advisory roles, with exposure to digital transformation and/or S2P/P2P programmes
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes, including process optimisation and systems enablement
  • Experience supporting or delivering system implementations (e.g. Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Ivalua, Jaggaer, etc.)
  • Ability to manage workstreams, prioritise tasks and deliver high-quality outputs within project timelines
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to support workshops and interact with client teams
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop within a consulting environment
