Position: Employee Relations Manager (Business Transformation & Change)

Location: London based

Duration: 6 months (extension possible)

Start Date: Immediate

Job spec/briefing
: We are seeking qualified employee relations manager talent with demonstrated experience in Group & Individual Consultation Management, TUPE knowledge and strong employment law knowledge to support on a transformation project

.Business Transformation/Change, Group Consultation, Strong Employee Relations - ideally from a Retail or hospitality background ideally if not then a unionised/manufacturing experience

Key accountabilitie

  • s:Partner with Senior ER Manager and HRBP to deliver significant business change projects across applicable business area
  • s.Provide ER support/Guidance to consultation manage
  • rsManagement of Group Consultation programm
  • esDelivery of individual and group consultations where appropriate/applicab
  • leER advisory and business partnering service provision across generalist employment law knowled
  • geManagement and support on life cycle driven employee relations issues associated with business transformation projec
  • tsDelivery of training on people and ER management topics across business under direction of Senior ER Manag
  • erMaintain strong standards of case governance, ensuring accurate records, timely updates and audit-ready documentati
  • onUse HR systems, Microsoft Office and other technology, including AI tools where appropriate, to improve efficiency and quality while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy and sound judgemen

Candidate Specificati

  • on:CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent level of experie
  • nceDemonstrated hands-on Employee Relations experience with a strong track record of managing complex casework across a broad range of ER matte
  • rs.Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review information from multiple sources, prioritise effectively and make sound recommendatio
  • ns.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ER issues clearly and confidently to a range of stakeholde
  • rs.Demonstrated transformation/restructuring experie
  • nceUp to date employment law knowledge across UK and Republic of Irel
  • andProficient in Microsoft Office, HR/case management systems and the responsible use of technology, including AI too
