Job description
Next Practice Change Lead
Principal Level | AI-Powered Transformation | Perm | SC Cleared / Clearable | London or Northwest
£80,000 – £100,000
Most change management is still being done the old way. Our client isn't interested in that. They're looking for a Change Lead who operates at the frontier — someone who doesn't just manage the human side of transformation, but actively uses cutting-edge technology to make change land faster, smarter, and more durably.
This is a principal-level permanent role for someone who has genuinely moved beyond best practice into next practice. You'll be embedded in complex client environments, leading the change element of next-generation digital transformation programmes — and using AI and emerging tech as real tools in your change toolkit, not buzzwords on a slide.
What you'll bring:
✅ Principal-level experience leading organisational change on complex, high-stakes client engagements — you've owned the change workstream, not just supported it
✅ Proven ability to use cutting-edge technology — AI, data, digital tools — to design and deliver change, not just talk about it
✅ Deep understanding of the human side of transformation: resistance, adoption, culture, and how technology accelerates all of it when used well
✅ A consultative approach — you shape client thinking, challenge the status quo, and bring people with you
✅ SC cleared or SC clearable (essential)
✅ Based in London or the Northwest
Change management is being reinvented. The right person for this role is already ahead of that curve. If that's you — send me your CV
