一、职位使命

作为连接产品与临床应用的桥梁，您将为医生与客户提供专业的产品培训、方案

解读及全流程技术支持，确保产品在临床端被准确、有效地应用，并持续提升客

户满意度。

二、核心职责

1. 执行医学产品系统培训，通过线上/线下方式为医生提供产品操作、系统使

用及相关医学知识培训。

2. 负责与英国医生进行病例沟通，深入解读 Smartee 医学设计方案逻辑，解

答临床相关疑问。

3. 提供售前与售后全流程医学技术支持，确保客户获得及时、准确的技术指导。

4. 支持英国地区行业展会、学术会议及公司自办会议，完成产品演示、技术讲

解与医学内容支持。

5. 响应医学技术相关客户咨询，维护良好客户关系，持续提升服务满意度。

6. 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

三、任职要求

1. 必备条件：

专业知识：拥有扎实的医学基础知识或深入的隐形矫治数字化设计经验（如

熟悉牙齿移动动画、矫治器生产逻辑）。

沟通能力：出色的英文书面与口头表达能力，能够清晰、准确地向医生传递复杂的技术与临床信息。

学习与应变：具备优秀的学习能力与解决问题技巧，能快速掌握新产品逻辑，

并适应跨文化、跨团队协作的工作环境。

2. 优先考虑：

具备 3-5 年隐形矫治行业动画设计师经验，熟悉从数字化设计到生产落地的

全流程。

拥有医学教育背景或医院临床工作经验（尤其是口腔科、正畸科等相关领域）。

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Location: UK

I. Mission of the Role

As a key bridge between our product and clinical applications, you will

be responsible for providing professional product training, treatment

plan explanation, and full-cycle technical support to doctors and

customers. Your work will ensure accurate and effective clinical use of ourproducts, while continuously enhancing customer satisfaction.

II. Core Responsibilities

1. Conduct medical product and system training for doctors, covering

product operation, system usage, and related medical knowledge

through online or offline sessions.

2. Communicate with doctors in the UK regarding patient cases,

interpret the logic of Smartee treatment plans, and answer clinical

questions.

3. Provide pre‑ sale and after‑ sale technical support to ensure timely

and accurate guidance for customers throughout the product

journey.

4. Support industry exhibitions, academic conferences, and corporate

events in the UK by delivering product demonstrations, technical

presentations, and medical content.

5. Respond to medical and technical inquiries from customers, maintain

positive client relationships, and continuously improve service

satisfaction.

6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

III. Requirements

1. Essential:

Solid medical knowledge or in- depth experience in digital design

for clear aligners (e.g., understanding of tooth movement animation,

appliance manufacturing logic).

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal,

with the ability to convey complex technical and clinical information

clearly to doctors.

 Strong learning ability and problem- solving skills, able to quickly

grasp new product logic and adapt to a cross- cultural, collaborative

work environment.

2. Preferred:

3‑ 5 years of experience as an animator/designer in the clear aligner

industry, familiar with the end‑ to‑ end digital

design‑ to‑ production process.

Medical education background or clinical work experience in a

hospital setting (especially in dentistry, orthodontics, or related

fields).
