Technical Legal Conveyancer – Fully Remote

Non Fee Earning

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus

Location: Fully Remote – No Office Attendance Required

We are seeking an experienced Technical Legal Conveyancer to join a growing and supportive conveyancing team in a fully remote role.

This position is ideal for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys handling technically complex matters without the pressure of managing their own personal caseload or having files in their own name.

The Role

You will provide technical conveyancing expertise and support across a broad range of residential property matters, with a particular focus on more complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and progressing complex conveyancing matters
• Providing technical guidance and support within the conveyancing team
• Reviewing and resolving title and transaction issues
• Assisting with complex enquiries and legal documentation
• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth progression of transactions

Essential Experience

Applicants must have experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold transactions
• Leasehold transactions
• Sales and purchases
• New build matters
• Building Safety Act (BSA) matters
• Shared ownership transaction

As this role is a senior position, the successful candidate must have experience in all of the above transactions

• Strong technical conveyancing knowledge
• Ability to confidently handle complex residential property matters
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
