Plant Operations Manager
A large-scale industrial processing operation in Central Scotland is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead a technically demanding 24/7 facility.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for:
- Operational performance
- Plant reliability
- Safety & compliance
- Maintenance coordination
- Team leadership
- Continuous improvement
The business is looking for someone with strong industrial operational leadership experience combined with excellent people management and communication skills.
Suitable backgrounds may include:

- Continuous Process Environments
The successful individual will be comfortable operating within a fast-paced, safety-critical environment and capable of leading multidisciplinary operational teams through demanding plant conditions and operational challenges.
Salary: £75,000 + benefits
