Freshwater Recruitment is partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Change Management Office (CMO) Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and embed a firm-wide approach to change management, supporting transformation programmes and helping teams successfully adopt new ways of working.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will develop change frameworks, drive engagement and communications, build organisational change capability, and ensure projects deliver lasting business benefits.
We're looking for:
- Proven experience in change management within a professional services environment
- A track record of designing and implementing change frameworks and methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience supporting business transformation, technology or process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messages
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for driving positive change
