Who you are

• Former CEO, MD, or CFO of a UK professional or business services company — 20+ years in the sector
• Deep personal network within the UK business services, PE, and institutional investor community
• Experience with acquisitions, PE processes, or strategic transactions from the operator's or founder's side
• Currently independent, board-active, or exploring a portfolio career
