Role: IT Technician
Location: Kendal
Salary: £30,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site IT support across multiple sites.
- Resolve issues relating to hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking.
- Manage service desk tickets and maintain SLA targets.
- Install, configure and support IT systems, devices and user accounts.
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades, deployments and IT projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow security best practices.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong user relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in IT support or service desk environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service approach.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Experience in education IT environments.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure or cloud platforms.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
