Job description
SaaS Sales Lead
In search of Professionals passionate about Privacy, AI and Risk
Location: London · Hybrid (two days in office) · Permanent · Full time
Why Now
We are growing. Privacy and AI compliance has moved from a back office concern to a board level priority, and our clients are asking more of us because of it. Every week brings a new regulation, a new enforcement decision, or a new product launch that needs a privacy lens before it ships.
This demand is an opportunity for us. We are building Lex Dinamica for what comes next in this work, and we are looking for the people who want to build it with us.
This role is how we turn the demand we are seeing into the new business that lets us grow.
The Work
Lex Dinamica is a consulting firm that provides Privacy, AI and Risk solutions. Our advisory, technology and DPO services help clients address regulatory challenges worldwide and deliver compliance-driven value.
Our clients range from FTSE 100 companies and global multinationals to government contractors and high growth scale ups, and they come to us for advisory work, DPO support delivered as a service, AI governance, and privacy technology programmes including OneTrust, where we are a certified implementation partner.
The SaaS Sales Lead role sits at the front of our growth. You will be the senior commercial voice for our SaaS practice, from the first conversation to the signed engagement, and the person making sure inbound demand, outbound effort, and market campaigns all turn into sold work.
The Role
In this role, you will:
- Originate new business through outbound prospecting and partnership channels
- Convert inbound leads from our website, OneTrust referrals, and marketing activity
- Take our message to market through targeted email and outreach campaigns
- Own the sales cycle from first conversation through to signed work
In practice, that means owning the full commercial cycle for our SaaS work, from how we generate demand to how we close it. You will lead from the front, doing the work yourself today and shaping the function as we grow.
You will originate new business through outbound prospecting. Building target account lists, researching the people who matter inside them, crafting outreach that gets read, and running cadences that convert cold contacts into commercial conversations. This is the heart of the role.
You will convert inbound leads into qualified pipeline. Demand reaches us through our website, OneTrust referrals, partner introductions, and the thought leadership we put into the market. You will be the first commercial conversation, the one who qualifies fit, surfaces need, and moves the right opportunities forward.
You will take our message to market. Email campaigns, sector specific outreach, and the go to market activity that turns the firm's expertise into demand. You will help shape who we target, the angles we lead with, and the cadence at which we show up in front of buyers.
You will own the sales cycle from first conversation to signed work. Qualifying opportunities, scoping engagements alongside our consultants, navigating procurement, and closing deals at the price and terms that work for both sides. You will be the person clients deal with from start to finish.
You will help build the sales function. The methodologies, the playbooks, the tooling, the metrics, and over time the team. The people who join now will shape how we sell for years to come.
Who We're Looking For
Must haves
- Three to five years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally at a SaaS company, professional services firm, or comparable environment. You can show a track record of originating and closing new business.
- Hands on experience running outbound prospecting and market campaigns end to end. Building lists, writing outreach, running cadences, and turning all of that into commercial conversations.
- A genuine interest in privacy, AI governance, and the wider compliance technology space. You do not need to be a privacy expert. You do need to find the market interesting and be willing to learn quickly.
- Strong written communication. The first impression most prospects have of Lex Dinamica is an email or message you wrote. It needs to land.
- Resilience and self direction. Sales is a numbers game on top of a craft, and you need both the patience to do the work and the curiosity to keep getting better at it.
- A right to work in the UK.
Nice to haves
- Hands on experience with Apollo.io. You have built sequences, run cadences, segmented lists, and used the data to make decisions.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- Experience selling into the privacy, AI governance, or compliance technology market.
- Exposure to a partnership or channel sales environment, where the sales motion runs through alliances such as OneTrust, alongside direct prospecting.
- Familiarity with OneTrust or similar privacy and GRC platforms, enough to hold a credible conversation with a buyer.
- Event experience, whether running a stand at IAPP, organising follow up, or working a conference floor.
- Aspirations to grow into a management role as the team expands.
- A relevant degree or recognised qualification, though we care more about what you have done than what you have studied.
- Additional language capability beyond English.
About Lex Dinamica
Lex Dinamica was built from day one to solve the problems that organisations face when data, regulation, technology and trust all have to hold together at once. That focus is what we are, and it is what we lead with from the first client conversation to the final deliverable.
Headquartered in London and supported by delivery centres across the EU, US and India, we partner with clients from FTSE 100 companies and global multinationals to government contractors and high growth scale ups. Our work spans more than fifty jurisdictions and over one hundred and fifty delivered projects. Our founders came out of Big Four consulting. The firm they built deliberately keeps what works about that model, the rigour, the breadth, the client discipline, and strips out what does not, the layers, the politics, the pace.
We are a firm of curious people, fast learners, and genuine team players. We are selective about who we hire, because the people already here are worth working alongside.
Working With Us
You will be based in our London office with hybrid working, spending two days a week in the office and the rest of your week wherever you work best. The specific rhythm will flex around client commitments, team moments, and how you do your best work.
At Lex Dinamica, we understand that a career is one part of a wider life, and we build our working patterns around that reality. Our hybrid model is designed to give you the face to face time that builds relationships, accelerates learning, and makes a small firm feel like one, alongside the focus time that commercial work genuinely needs.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary plus commission
- 26 days of annual leave, with the option to accrue additional days over time
- Hybrid working as standard
- Private pension contributions
- Optional private health insurance
- A work from anywhere policy that lets you work abroad for defined periods each year
