Job Overview

• Manage and grow key healthcare accounts through multi-channel engagement strategies
• Deliver strategic interactions with healthcare professionals via phone, video, email, and virtual platforms
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to client KPIs and objectives
• Build strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and stakeholders
• Analyse performance data to optimise engagement and sales effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of client projects
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic positioning

To be Successful

• Experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare sales or account management
• Strong multi-channel or remote selling experience
• Commercially driven with excellent analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (e.g. ABPI)
