Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £80,000 Base + Double OTE

The Job

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the UK market, managing complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to close.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature
  • Building and managing a pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
  • Running consultative discovery conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Developing tailored business cases and value propositions
  • Working closely with SDRs, Marketing and Product teams to maximise opportunities
  • Managing accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Negotiating and closing strategic SaaS agreements
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets


About You

We're looking for experienced SaaS sales professionals who thrive in a consultative, high-performance environment.

You will ideally have:

  • 5+ years' experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
  • Proven success managing full sales cycles
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • A consultative, value-based sales approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High levels of ownership, drive and self-motivation
