At Galeta, we believe great customer experience is just as important as great baking. We’re looking for a confident, organised and personable Customer Experience Executive to join our growing team and help deliver outstanding service across every customer touchpoint.


This role is ideal for someone who excels at problem-solving, communicating with people, and keeping things running smoothly in an ever-growing environment.


The Role


As a Customer Experience Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You’ll manage inbound enquiries across phone, email and chat, helping customers with orders, product questions, delivery updates and general support.

You’ll work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure every interaction reflects the Galeta brand.


Working Hours


This is a full-time position. Because we support restaurants, cafes and businesses across the UK, we are available Monday to Sunday, 6 a.m. To 6 p.m. You will need to cover one of the following shifts on a rotating pattern.


· 6:00am – 3:00pm

· 8:30am – 5:30pm

· 9:00am – 6:00pm


Flexibility across shifts is required but we will work with you if some shifts are more suitable than others.


Key Responsibilities


  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
  • Processing and managing customer orders accurately
  • Handling delivery queries, complaints and issue resolution professionally
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer communication at all times
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
  • Updating customer records and internal systems accurately
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and processes


What We’re Looking For


  • Previous customer support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident handling phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
  • Comfortable using email, chat platforms and internal systems
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude
  • A team player with a positive mindset
