Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Halifax. In this role, the Sales Representative will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing tailored product solutions, and presenting product information effectively. The Sales Representative will also manage sales pipelines, prepare accurate forecasts, and maintain detailed sales records, contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and tools
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
• Strong Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Knowledge of the bearings industry or mechanical components is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
