Sales representative - Respiratory

Job description

We are supporting a third-party contracting organisation in the search for a Sales Representative within the pharmaceutical industry.

This role is an on-going contract position for an SME pharmaceutical company who are expanding.

Working in a close-knit team, there will be a strong focus on primary care customers. This role would be suitable for someone who has experience selling into GPs, specialist nurses and pharmacists.

This is a field based role and you must live on territory, location: Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Wiltshire, South Gloucester and North Somerset.

You must be ABPI qualified to be considered.

Main responsibilities:

• To maximise the sales of assigned brands within the territory by achieving agreed sales targets
• To deliver the KPI's that are set via the client, including sales and activity targets
• To provide monthly marketing feedback
• Identification and development of Key Opinion Leader relationship at territory level
• To represent the company at professional exhibitions and promote company products
• Manage territory budget to ensure that expenditure is appropriate
• Implementation of current marketing campaigns
• To work strictly within the ABPI Code of Practice

Requirements:

• ABPI qualified
• 2 years Respiratory Pharmaceutical sales experience
• Interpretation of sales data
• Respiratory experience is desirable
• Strong primary care experience essential
• Confident communicator
• Ability to influence others at all levels
• Self-driven and results orientated
