Job description

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Internal Sales Administrator to join a growing commercial team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales support or administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong customer relationships.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and manage quotations, following up on sales opportunities where required
  • Process customer orders accurately using the company ERP system
  • Maintain customer records, pricing information, and sales documentation
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently
  • Assist with sales reporting and general team support



Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, customer service, or a similar roles
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM system


Desirables

  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, technical, or distribution environments
  • Knowledge of quotations and sales order processing
