About the Role



We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives on developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of the company.



Responsibilities



Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business agreements.


Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and commercial discussions.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.


Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Share market intelligence with the marketing team to support lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute sales strategies that support business objectives and revenue targets.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful delivery against client requirements.
  • Provide regular feedback regarding client expectations, market demands, and candidate performance.
  • Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and service delivery.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on sales activity, pipeline performance, and revenue targets.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and management reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date records within the company CRM system.

Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all client interactions.



Qualifications



  • Proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management role.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.


Required Skills



  • Experience within recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or professional services.
