ReachX is seeking an experienced strategy consultant to support a sales channel review across Europe and Asia for a global industrial tools company (eg Chainsaw) . The objective is to assess current route-to-market performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend an actionable channel strategy to improve market coverage, partner effectiveness, and sales productivity.


We are looking for a consultant with strong experience in commercial strategy, sales channel design, or go-to-market transformation, ideally within industrial, B2B, distribution, or tools-related markets. The role will involve reviewing current sales channels, benchmarking market approaches, and developing practical recommendations that can be implemented across regional teams.


Key responsibilities

  • Assess the client’s current sales channel structure in Europe and Asia.
  • Identify gaps, white space, and expansion opportunities.
  • Evaluate direct and indirect sales models, including distributors, dealers, and retail partners where relevant.
  • Benchmark competitor and peer channel strategies.
  • Recommend an optimized channel strategy by market and region.
  • Define implementation priorities, success metrics, and next steps.


Ideal profile

  • Background in strategy consulting, commercial excellence, or sales transformation.
  • Experience with channel strategy and route-to-market design.
  • Strong understanding of European and Asian business environments.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and turn analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Experience in industrial tools, building products, or related sectors is a plus.
