Senior Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion | Central London

Location: Central London

We are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Client Advisor to join a prestigious luxury fashion boutique in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced luxury retail professional with a passion for premium fashion, client experience, and relationship building. The successful candidate will be a brand ambassador, delivering an elevated and personalised service while driving sales performance and supporting the wider boutique team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, ensuring every client receives a personalised and memorable journey

• Build and maintain a loyal client base through strong clienteling and relationship management

• Drive individual sales performance and contribute to boutique targets and KPIs

• Support and mentor junior team members, leading by example on the shop floor

• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and boutique standards

• Develop strong product knowledge across collections to provide expert styling advice

• Support management with daily operations and commercial performance.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within luxury or premium fashion retail

• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships

• Passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering premium service

• A confident, polished, and proactive approach

• Experience in a senior sales or supervisory retail role is highly desirable
