Neko London is looking for a Bid Manager

Job description

Bid Coordinator / Manager - Architectural Design Practice

London

£35,000 - £45,000 + bens

We are partnering with a socially responsible, well established and design focused architectural practice in London to appoint a Bid Coordinator to support the studio’s ongoing growth. This is a highly collaborative role, suited to a highly organised, confident individual who enjoys taking ownership of bid activity and building strong, effective working relationships across a multidisciplinary practice. Using design, writing & copy editing skills along with project coordination, this is a huge opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and inspiring team.

The role

As Bid Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate responses to public and private RFP’s and bid opportunities, acting as a central point of contact across the studio. Working closely with Partners, architects, designers, the Communications team, and operations, you will help shape clear, engaging and visually strong submissions across architecture, interior and urban design, as well as research. You’ll use design software such as InDesign and PowerPoint to create consistent, polished and engaging materials.

You will oversee bid processes and meet submission deadlines, maintaining and develop bid content libraries, monitoring tender portals, and ensure project information and supporting materials remain current. The role offers scope to explore new ways of working, including the thoughtful use of digital tools and AI to support efficient and high quality bid production.

About you

You may have a background in architecture, interior design, marketing, business or a related field along with a passion for the built environment. You’ll also have worked on delivering bids, RFP’s Pitches, Creds or related communications. You’ll be an excellent communicator with strong writing and editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.

The role requires someone who is highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and proactive in developing positive working relationships that enable the best possible bids to be produced. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint is essential, alongside strong time management and collaboration skills. An interest in sustainability, design trends and networking would all be welcomed too.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, forward thinking studio with a long standing reputation for quality, insight and trusted client relationships. Please APPLY NOW if interested to find out more.
