About the role:

Our client is a leading provider of BSS/OSS software for the telecommunications industry, with over 25 years’ experience supporting mobile, fixed, cable and multi-service operators worldwide.

As a growing company with an expanding team, this role is expected to evolve over time in line with continued growth and the strengths and capabilities of the successful candidate.



Our client is looking for a new Head of Presales, to replacing a long-standing colleague who is retiring

.The position offers a unique opportunity to help shape its future scope and responsibilities. You will work closely with the Business Development Director to develop and refine the team's structure, processes, and overall organization as the business continues to scale

Responsibilitie

  • ntAccountable for ensuring that all deliverables (documents, demos, etc) for tenders are met and resourced appropriate
  • lyEffectively a PM role ensuring of the successful delivery of tender responses; allocation of resources to tasks, dependency & deadline management, liaising with Opportunity Owne
  • r.Interaction with colleagues outside Sales (Legal, Commercial, Delivery, Support etc) dependencies for providing complete response
  • s.RFP response work and collaborati
  • onCompliance responses, proposal creation and involved in the preparation of the responses, particularly on large bid
