Business Development Manager - Formwork - Ireland

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plan to grow this new business sector across Ireland
• Working with the Sales, Yard, and Fleet & Planning functions to ensure all growth plans are feasible and deliverable.
• Manager your own regional / new-sector revenue targets; order intake, Gross Margin% and EBITDA contribution
• Identify and qualify opportunities with Tier 1/2 main contractors, civils contractors, RC frames specialists and Hire/Sale distributors, before handing over to sales team to convert
• Launch and position new solutions for example; Slab/Wall Formwork Systems, Shoring Towers, Edge Protection & Safety Technology

Essential

• Well connected in the construction market across Ireland with a professional approach
• Technical knowledge of Formwork systems
• Independent and motivated
