ThePlaceToBe are excited to be working with a well-established creative agency that specialises in print, packaging, artwork, and production management for a range of leading consumer brands. Known for delivering high-quality work with precision and attention to detail, they are looking for an Account Manager who understands the technicalities of print and packaging and can confidently manage projects from concept through to delivery.


About the role…

As Account Manager, you'll be the key link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring packaging and print projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll build strong client relationships, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and use your technical knowledge to guide projects through artwork, production, and print processes.


What you'll be doing day to day…

  • Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact across a range of accounts
  • Overseeing print and packaging projects from brief through to final production
  • Advising clients and internal teams on packaging specifications, print processes, materials, and finishes
  • Managing artwork amends, proofs, and approvals throughout the production lifecycle
  • Coordinating with design, artwork, production, and supplier teams to ensure
  • Ensuring all packaging and print work meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and technical requirements


About you…

This role would suit an Account Manager with experience in print, packaging, artwork, or production who enjoys the technical side of project delivery as much as building strong client relationships. You'll be highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects.


What we're looking for…

  • Experience managing packaging and print projects through artwork, proofing, and production stages
  • Confident liaising with clients, suppliers, printers, and internal creative teams
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both clients and colleagues
