This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, partnering with operational and business development teams to drive growth, manage risk, and maximise contract performance

You will play a key role throughout the entire contract lifecycle, from supporting new business opportunities and bid activity through to contract negotiation, delivery support, and contract close-out. The successful candidate will provide pragmatic commercial guidance, develop robust contractual arrangements, and help ensure profitable and sustainable business growt

Key Responsibilit

  • iesProvide commercial leadership and support throughout the sales, bid, contract delivery, and renewal process
  • es.Lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of customer contracts and commercial agreemen
  • ts.Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and operational risks across customer and supplier contrac
  • ts.Support business development teams with new business opportunities, tenders, and customer negotiatio
  • ns.Partner with operational and account management teams to maximise contract profitability and performan
  • ce.Build strong relationships with customers and develop a deep understanding of their commercial objectiv
