Assistant Store Manager | Lifestyle Menswear Brand

Locations: Chelsea & East London

Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 + Commission

An exciting opportunity has become available with a lifestyle menswear brand for an Assistant Store Manager. We are recruiting for both an established boutique in Chelsea and a new store opening in East London.

This role is suited to a luxury or premium retail professional with experience in team leadership, clienteling, and driving commercial performance within a fast paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in the day to day running of the business

• Drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional client experience

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team on the shop floor

• Build and maintain long term client relationships through clienteling

• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently maintained

About You:

• Previous management or supervisory experience within luxury or premium retail

• Strong sales and clienteling skills

• Commercially driven with a hands on approach

• Passion for menswear and premium fashion
